Meet Jesse Savoy
Jesse Savoy is a real estate investor, property manager, and licensed pharmacist rooted in the heart of Uvalde County, Texas — where her family has lived and worked the land for five generations. What started as a passion for renovating her family's farmhouse on the Frio River evolved into a mission-driven real estate business built on a foundation of faith, integrity, and genuine love for the communities she calls home.
Faith is at the center of everything Jesse does. It shapes how she treats people, how she conducts business, and why she does what she does. Her motivation isn't simply profit — it's stewardship. Of land, of homes, of relationships, and of the opportunities God places in front of her. That sense of purpose extends directly into her work: Jesse and her husband Clint co-founded Keep Knippa Beautiful, a local nonprofit dedicated to cleaning up and restoring their small hometown, and Jesse personally manages the parsonage for their local church. Serving the community isn't a side project — it's the point.
Since 2022, Jesse and Clint — a consulting engineer with deep expertise in construction and deal underwriting — have built a growing portfolio of fix-and-flip projects, long-term rentals, and short-term rentals across Uvalde County and the greater Dallas area. Their mission is straightforward: bring quality, energy-efficient housing back to the people who live and raise families here — homes they can be proud of, trust in, and truly call their own.
Having already partnered successfully with private capital partners and lenders on their local flips and Dallas co-living acquisitions, Jesse understands what it means to steward someone else's trust and capital with transparency and accountability.
