Viridian Properties — SMS Messaging Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions

Viridian Properties operates an internal SMS notification system used to send task and goal reminders to authorized employees and team members. This program is strictly operational/administrative in nature and is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.

2. Eligibility
This program is limited to current employees and authorized team members of Viridian Properties. It is not available to the general public.

3. Consent and Enrollment
Team members are enrolled by providing verbal consent directly to management and supplying their mobile phone number for this purpose. By participating, the team member agrees to receive automated text messages related to their assigned tasks and company goals.

4. Message Types and Frequency
Messages consist of reminders about open to-dos and company goals ("Rocks"). Message frequency is approximately once every 2 days, though this may vary based on business needs.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan. Viridian Properties is not responsible for carrier charges incurred by recipients.

6. Opt-Out Instructions
Recipients may opt out of this program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, no further messages will be sent to that number.

7. Help Instructions
Recipients may reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at management@viridianproperties.net.

8. Data Privacy Practices
Phone numbers and message data collected through this program are used exclusively for the purpose of internal task and goal reminder communications. Viridian Properties does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile opt-in data or phone numbers to any third party for marketing purposes. Carrier information is not shared with third parties.

9. Terms of Use
This messaging program is provided for internal business communication purposes only. Viridian Properties reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Recipients agree not to misuse this system.

10. Limitation of Liability
Viridian Properties provides this messaging program on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages. Viridian Properties is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers or third-party services.
